Information we collect

When you send a project request, we collect the contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method. We also collect project details, property type, project location, requested timing, company name if provided and your answers to the form questions.

The website also processes technical and attribution information needed for security and operation. This can include request identifiers, information derived from your IP address to limit abusive requests, the page where you arrived, a referring page and campaign parameters in the link you followed.

How we use it

ORI uses this information to review and assess project requests, contact you about your project, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the service. Sending a request does not create a project contract.

Browser storage and service providers

The request form uses browser session storage to keep your draft and request identifier so you can return to it or retry a submission. The website also uses session storage to remember how you first reached it. If storage is unavailable, the form can still be used, but your draft may not be recovered after a reload.

Information is processed through the hosting and data services used to run the website and manage requests. Submitted requests are stored for ORI to review and follow up.
